Birth Services

The support you need begins even before the contractions start. As your doula, I'll meet with you ahead of time in order to fully understand the type of birth experience you want.  Then we'll work together and discuss ways to work toward your goal. Together, we'll build a virtual tool box filled with things to help you along your journey.  During labor, you can count on my continuous support in many forms, including calm nurturance and encouragement.  I will utilize my training, tools, and years of experience to sustain you and your wishes.
